Membership

JOINING POLICY

1. Any person who has attended the age of majority or who fulfill the terms and conditions of the organization shall be eligible for membership of that Trust. Such a person desiring to be admitted as a member of that Trust must obtain the recommendation of the State Executive Committee of the organization. These return recommendations must be attached to application for membership. The National Executive Committee co stipulate such other conditions that would be required to be fulfill prior to acceptance of membership.
2. The membership shall be for 2 (Two) years at a time or such extended period as prescribed the Advisory Committee from time to time with the approval of the Board of Trustees. At the end of such membership period the concerned person must make a written applicationseeking renewal of membership and simultaneously comply with the condition prescribed for such renewal. Renewal of membership need not required any recommendation.
3. The decision of the National Executive Committee by the approval of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Committee in accepting or rejecting an application for membership shall be final and National Executive Committee is not required to give any reason for rejecting or keeping in abeyance any application for membership or its renewal.
4. No Court of law, Judicial, Quasi-judicial body or Authority shall have any jurisdiction in hearing or deciding on any matter relating to the membership of the organization.
5. Every member of organization shall be bound by the provisions of the Rule and Regulation, By laws and Decisions taken from time to time by the Advisory Committee with the approval of the Board of Trustees.

SEPERATION POLICY

1. In case of death, incapacity and tendering in a resignation in writing to the organization.
2. The member has not applied of membership within 30 days of its expiring.
3. The membership has not been renewed by the National Executive Committee or the renewal has been rejected or kept in abeyance.
4. Any one disobeying, ignoring, neglected, misuse of funds and misbehavior of anyone shall be terminated from its membership.
5. The National Executive Committee shall have power to decide by two-third majority of votes without being bound to give any reason for such action, to terminate at any time in writing the membership of any member of the organization, provided sufficient opportunity is given to the member to the heard and on termination of the membership.
6. The membership is terminated as provided by these rules and regulations.
